At Orygyns ltd we aim to deliver an excellent level of service and are therefore happy to give an exchange or refund should you wish to return an item within 14 days of purchase.

We will be happy to provide an exchange or total refund, provided the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and where possible with their original tags attached.  Please complete our Refund item form on the reverse of your dispatch note, indicating the reason(s) for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Purchases made via our website can also be refunded in our store.

If you require an exchange, please state the description of the new item and return the original item(s). Exchanges can be made in store. 

We advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and to keep the proof of postage. We advise that returns are sent at your own expense. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and will be processed within 21 days. We will email you on the day the refund is processed.
